These Terms & Conditions govern your use of goldendreamevents.com (the “Website”), operated by Golden Dream Events Managing L.L.C S.O.C (“Golden Dream Events”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company (single owner) licensed by Dubai Economy & Tourism, Commercial License No. 1656542. By using the Website you agree to these terms.

1. About the Website

The Website provides information about our hospitality staffing and event services and lets you send enquiries, quote requests and staffing requests. It is intended for business and private clients in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Enquiries and quotes

• Submitting a form, calling or messaging us is an enquiry only. It does not create a booking or a contract.
• Quotes are based on the information you provide — such as roles, number of staff, date, hours and venue — and may change if those details change.
• A booking is confirmed only when we both agree the quote and booking details in writing (including by email or WhatsApp). Staff and event services are then provided under the terms set out in that confirmation or in a separate service agreement.
• Availability of staff and services is confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but service descriptions are general and may not reflect every detail of a specific booking. Please confirm any detail that matters to you with us directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by submitting false information, sending spam, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation.

5. Intellectual property

The Golden Dream name and logo, and the content, design and images on the Website, belong to Golden Dream Events or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Third-party links

The Website contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those services.

7. Limitation of liability

The Website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Golden Dream Events is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Website.
